Registration charges
Registration charges for Retailer, Distributor, Super Distributor and Channel Partner IDs are one-time and non-refundable. This applies once the ID has been created, whether or not the ID is used afterwards.
Wallet top-ups
Money added to your wallet is meant to be used for transactions on the platform. Wallet top-ups are not refundable to the source in the normal course. If your account is closed, any remaining balance is settled after verification and after deducting amounts that are pending or disputed.
Failed transactions
If an amount is debited from your wallet but the transaction fails, the amount is credited back automatically, usually within a short time. In cases where the bank or network takes longer to confirm, the reversal may take up to the timeline defined by that network — commonly up to 5 to 7 working days.
Pending or stuck transactions
A transaction shown as pending is still being confirmed by the bank or network. Please wait for it to settle before retrying, so that the customer is not charged twice. If it does not settle within the expected time, raise a complaint from your panel or contact support with the transaction ID.
How to raise a refund request
Raise the complaint from your panel or contact our support team with the transaction ID, date, amount and a short description. We acknowledge complaints and share an outcome after checking with the concerned bank or network.
Chargebacks and disputes
Where a dispute is raised by a customer or bank, the outcome depends on the process of that bank or payment network. We assist with the investigation and pass on the final decision.
